This petition will be presented to President Obama on August 26, 2011, as we will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Women's Equality Day. It is indeed on Aug 26, 1920 that women won the right to vote in the USA. In 1971, Congress passed a resolution to make Aug 26th Women's Equality Day.

All together, let us work to obtain a supreme court ruling in favor of Women's Constitutional right to GoTopless in public! Let us try to reach this goal by the time we celebrate the 50th anniversary of Woman's Equality Day, August 26, 2021!
